I really like the Full narrative I've been using except it takes so long to prepare. After looking at your program features, especially the Summary report, I decided to give it a try. Now I spend about 10 minutes on site and crank out a summary which makes everyone happy, then that evening or the next day I send my client my full narrative report.

I've been using NCR reports for about 10 years or so and everyone complains about my handwriting and it doesn't fax well. I guess I've been checking out computer reports for a couple of years when I came across yours. What caught my attention was you didn't have to learn Macros? And how simple it was to put my words, not yours into my report. Well it appears all are happier now and I'm not spending half the night explaining what I wrote on the phone.

I've probably spent a couple of thousand bucks on computer report software before I saw yours following up on another inspector. The report is not as pretty as some of the others but it gets the job done very well. What's the best way to sell used software?
